The licence fee you pay for your serviced office at Index House, Ascot, includes rent, heating, lighting, cleaning, receptionist/ telephonist, kitchen, security system, use of meeting room for up to one hour and car parking. Consumables e.g. out-going phone calls, photocopying, fax, post, courier, extended use of a meeting room etc. are charged according to usage.

You can take as much or as little space as you want and expand within the building only when your need demands without having to commit to more space than you require up front. Index House is an historic Victorian mansion; each office is different with individual character -see the photos here for some examples.

The building is protected by a monitored burglar and smoke detection system. You have 24 hour, seven day a week access to your office. To take an office at Index House you sign a simple licence agreement with no delay or legal cost. Index House is a friendly, professional environment with forty years experience in providing quality, serviced offices.
